1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you use the contact form, you voluntarily provide your name, email address, and message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add it to any marketing list.

Calculator inputs are never sent to our servers. All calculations run locally in your browser. We do not collect, log, or store any salary figures, tax inputs, or quantities you enter into any calculator on this Site.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, our servers automatically log standard request data: IP address (used in aggregate only), browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages visited, time on page, referring URL, and approximate geographic location (country and state level only).

1.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our third-party partners (including Google) use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies. Details are in Section 5.

3. Advertising & Google AdSense

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on this Site. Google AdSense is a third-party advertising service operated by Google LLC. Google uses cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this Site and other sites.

Google may show personalised ads based on your browsing history. Google’s advertising cookies may be set when you visit pages that display ads. We do not control which specific ads Google serves.

• Contact form submissions: Retained up to 24 months, then permanently deleted
• Server logs: Retained up to 90 days
• Calculator inputs: Not retained — all calculations run in your browser and are never sent to our servers
• Analytics data: Per Google Analytics default retention settings (up to 14 months for user-level data)

You may request early deletion of any personal data we hold by contacting us through the contact page.

8. Your Rights

California Residents — CCPA / CPRA

California residents have the right to: know what personal information we collect; delete personal information we have collected; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and non-discrimination for exercising CCPA rights. To submit a CCPA request, use the contact page. We will respond within 45 days.

EU / UK Residents — GDPR

If you are located in the EEA or United Kingdom, you have rights under GDPR and UK GDPR including: right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interests and consent (for advertising cookies). Contact us through the contact page or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9. Children’s Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through this Site, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

10. International Visitors

This Site is operated and hosted in the United States. If you visit from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using this Site, you consent to this transfer. EU/UK users may exercise their GDPR rights as described in Section 8.
